SILENT PARTNER II Two Guests, Three pax family only
Captain Ralph has been sailing since the age of ten and has held his U.S. Coast Guard license for many years. He is an avid beach cat sailor and has raced small boats for thirty years. Ralph is also a dedicated fisherman and has captained many fishing charters off the New Jersey coast. After retirement from a career in mechanical sales and marketing, Ralph dedicated himself to sailing, fishing and writing about the history of fishing and its tackle. He has been a columnist for an angling magazine and is always honing his angling skills. Having cruised for many years, Ralph now has the opportunity to share his many skills with guests aboard Silent Partner II. Chef and First Mate, Celeste, grew up in the rolling hills and beautiful farming community of Chester County, Pennsylvania. Her love of the ocean and sailing was born fifteen years ago when she and Ralph married. A legal professional, she has managed departments and offices in her working career. A lady of many interests, her true passion is cooking and entertaining. She takes great pride and satisfaction in creating exquisite menus, utilizing fresh, healthy ingredients, local flavors, and adding her personal gourmet touch. Every charter menu is designed to reflect the unique preferences and dietary requirements of each of her charter guests. Celeste combines Caribbean charm and simple elegance.Rates and availability.
STENELLA Two Guests, Four Guests, Six Guests
Captain Andrew and your chef K.C. are the proud owners of Stenella and two of our favorite crew. Andrew is originally from the UK, and you would think K.C. is as well since she no longer has her Georgia drawl (she speaks more like a Brit these days). These two make a charming couple and crew and we are sure you will have a wonderful charter with them. Andrew holds his RYA/DOT Commercial Yacht Master license and competed for years in sailing. He was part of the Great Britain Challenge Team for the Americas Cup. K. C. was born in Georgia and grew up on the coast of Florida. She spent nine years in sales and marketing before opening her own party business. Prior to the two of them landing in the Caribbean they spent two years and visited seventeen countries backpacking. SUBLIME Two Guests, Four Guests, Six Guests, Eight Guests
Captain Brian Johnson graduated from Moorehead State University in Minnesota and said goodbye to the cold weather! Except for some summer adventures on sports fishing boats in Alaska, Captain Brian has sailed the Atlantic and Caribbean waters since then on a variety of yachts. He knows all the great beaches, diving spots and night life in the area. Chef Stephanie Johnson learned the art of cooking from her family. Her mother raised money for charity by hosting guest chefs in their home for cooking classes. This inspired Chef Stephanie to find ways to please the eye, the appetite and the heart. She has served fine cuisine on many yachts in the Atlantic and Caribbean and continues to join culinary classes in an effort to improve her skills. With a degree in Marine Biology, Chef Steph can guide you through the beautiful mysteries under the sea as well as on the dining table. The proud owners of S/Y Sublime Brian and Stephanie want to share their home, their oceans and their love of the Caribbean with you. Rates and availability. SCUBA information.
