Captain Adam and chef EmilyAdam and Emily are ready to welcome you aboard Ad Astra! Adam grew up on Kentucky Lake with his family, which is where he fell in love with the water and boats. After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University in 2013, he moved to the Virgin Islands. This is when he knew he had found his calling. He has crewed and worked on all types of boats during his time in the Virgin Islands as well as mastering free diving, spear fishing. He loves all aspects of being in, on and under the water. With these skills Adam offers "Sea to Table" options bringing fresh caught dinner to the table. Adam has his USCG 100 GT Master Captain license and has logged over 1000 miles sailing and boating around the Virgin Islands. He genuinely loves being on the water and giving his guests an experience of a lifetime. This is Adams third year as a captain in the Virgin Islands and he loves sharing his secret spots with his guests as well as showing them all the local flavor the US and British Virgin Islands has to offer.
Emily gained her 'sea legs' growing up in St. Augustine Fl. Living beside the ocean inspired her love for the water and encouraged her to excel as a competitive swimmer and recreational surfer. During her early years, she traveled to the Keys regularly with her family on lobstering trips, molding her passion for fresh seafood and a love to be out on the water. She began her career in the hospitality industry in high school. Emily eventually moved to South Florida where she took nutrition classes and learned the art of bartending. It was during that time, she developed her desire for cooking and creating healthy dishes without compromising flavor. It was Emily's love of being on the water that eventually led her to pack her bags and move to St.Thomas 5 years ago. The Virgin Islands are where she fell in love with snorkeling, Caribbean cuisine and fostered her interest in photography. She is excited to share it with you.

Captain Pierre and chef Deseree Captain Pierre Hugo: Growing up in the small seaside suburb of Hout Bay in Cape Town, Pierre developed a passion for the ocean. Sailing, surfing, diving and fishing were part of his usual day while growing up. Together with his love for the ocean and passion for nature conservation, Pierre went on to study environmental science and marine biology at the University of Cape Town. Pierre knew from a young age he always wanted to work on the ocean and discovered through yachting he was able to do so. Over the years Pierre has sailed some of the most beautiful and remote parts of the world, including the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Hawaii and the South Pacific. As an avid adventurer Pierre continues to discover hidden gems that are off the beaten track and enjoys sharing these experiences with those around him. During one of these adventures in the Bahamas, Pierre met Desree. Both with a keen sense of humor and appreciation for mother nature the couple decided to join forces and share their fun adventures and knowledge of the ocean with others.
Chef/mate Desree Pierce: Ever since Desree can remember she has always loved being in the kitchen creating new and exciting dishes for her friends and family back home in in Cape Town, South Africa. Having studied and worked in fashion design, Desree developed a keen eye for detail and a natural creative flare. Her desire to work in the culinary trade led Desree to join a high profile catering company where she was able to expand her knowledge and refine her skills as a chef. Desree's passion for the ocean, travel and the culinary arts lead her into the world of yachting as she joined her first boat in 2015. With years of experience as a chef on board private and charter yachts from the Mediterranean to Madagascar and everything in between, Desree enjoys creating menus utilising elements from different cuisines and creating exciting flavourful dishes. Her passion shines through her meticulous planning of flavour combinations, textures and presentation. Keen to learn more and expand her skills as a chef, Desree recently completed an intensive pastry and bread making course at The Academy of Pastry Arts of Malaysia as well as undertaking placements at two of Kuala Lumpur's finest restaurants; Enoteca (Italian) and Aliyaa (Sri Lankan) Desree put her skills to the test at the Antigua charter yacht show chefs competition in 2018 and went on to win first place for yachts up to 125ft Desree has been lucky to have cooked for Chef Mario Batali and received the following testimonial: "best yet. Truly perfect" .. so WOW!!!

Captain Graham is a lifelong sailor, growing up sailing with his parents on several different cruising yachts. His sailing experience is long and diverse. In addition to cruising sailboats and luxury catamarans he has also sailed, and raced, Hobie cats, sailing dinghies, iceboats and sand sailers. Graham is also an experienced scuba diver, avid windsurfer and enjoyable guitar player.
Captain Graham and chef PamChef Pam is a Florida native, enjoying many types of watersports since childhood, including skiing, snorkeling, surfing and fishing. Raised with the influence of Southern Hospitality, Pam has made cooking a hobby since her teen years and especially enjoys using fresh local ingredients in her meals. After sailing with a friend, Pam took sailing classes in 1999 and has been hooked ever since.
Their attention turned to their Engineering careers, and they met while working for a fast-paced high tech firm and married in 2002. Realizing they had a common dream of sailing the Caribbean, their goal soon became to live a sailing lifestyle. In 2007, they quit their jobs, sold their house and moved aboard their 40' sailboat, bound for the Caribbean. Over the next 3 years they sailed between the Eastern Caribbean, Bahamas and Southeast US Coast. Knowing they wanted to work in the sailing industry, they acquired their Captains licenses in 2009. During 2010 & 2011, they both worked in Florida as charter captains and ASA sailing instructors. Pam's love of nature led her to captain an eco-tour boat as well. Involved in the local yacht club, Pam was Rear Commodore, responsible for hospitality, event and menu planning and Graham served as dockmaster. But, the beautiful Caribbean was calling them back. In early 2012, they moved to the island of Vieques, PR to manage a small resort where Pam often cooked arrival dinners for guests and special event catering for large groups. The desire to sail again led them to work with Sail Caribe in 2013, sailing in the Spanish, US and British Virgin Islands. In 2014, they joined Team Azulia, and have sailing Azulia II since she began chartering in 2015. Come enjoy a luxurious vacation cruise on Azulia II in these beautiful islands!

We present you Denise and Taylor Melton, this interesting couple married in St. John February 8th, 2017 and will be the crew responsible for your adventure aboard Sailing Yacht Blue Pepper. They will work hard to make sure your experience in the Islands will be something you will cherish forever. Captain Taylor Melton was born in Fort Worth Texas, he is a persevering, and enthusiastic individual. When travelling with his family through Alabama when he was 14 years old, Taylor ran across a CD in a small gas station bearing a cover art of beautiful white sands, turquoise waters, and a harbor filled with sailboats of all kinds. This CD was one of Jimmy Buffett's live albums recorded right here in the Caribbean. After listening for several days, young Taylor told his parents that he would be a Captain in the Virgin Islands one day, they laughed, but after years of hard work, here he is. Taylor worked as a bartender for several years and learned the beauty of sailing in his free time, and finally with tickets in hand, he made it to the islands to begin his life on the ocean. He worked as a mate for several boats before completing his school to become a captain. From there he went on to deliver sailing yachts from the Virgin Islands to New York and Bermuda
Captain Taylor and Chef Denisein the open ocean. For two years he drove powerboats all around the US and British Virgin Islands, making over 500 day charters. This gave Taylor an amazing insight to every bay and unique place and his curiosity about the local culture helped him learn even more about our Virgin Island Waters. Captain Taylor has a lot of rich history he enjoys sharing with his guests. Taylor met his wife while sailing the Virgin Islands shortly after purchasing his own sailboat. Sailing Vessel Isola Bella has brought Captain Taylor a lot of personal adventure and experience in the Caribbean, and now he shares the beautiful boat as a home with his wife, Denise. In the last couple of years he has been the Captain and owner of a power cat and teamed up with his wife for several term charters. Taylor's service in fine dining and bartending compliments Denise's accomplishments in the galley. Together they form an invincible crew. The safety and security on board will always be the first priority of your Captain, while fun and excitement never get left in the wake.
Denise Melton, an award-winning chef at the Virgin Islands Yacht Show Culinary Competition, was born in Brazil where she bought her first sailboat at seventeen. Five years later she moved to Argentina and worked several years for an important family as a captain for a 60' sailing yacht and a 70' power yacht. She also accomplished dozens of deliveries between Buenos Aires and Rio De Janeiro. Crossing the Atlantic twice in her personal boat, her blue water experience is unrivaled. Four years ago, she moved to St. Maarten to be the Captain to an 87' powerboat, and a year after that she decided to pursue her other passion, to become a professional chef. Now Denise has decided to join Taylor in providing the best culinary experience, aboard one of the most luxurious charter yachts available in the Virgin Islands, Blue Pepper. Her cuisine has the influence from Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Brasil. She loves the Mediterranean food and in the last few years has grown accustomed to a Caribbean flair. She specializes in personalizing any menu to a guest's taste, and has an impressive knowledge to accommodate gluten free, dairy free, low carb, and paleo diets etc. She is fascinated with the art of presentation, a great host, and will ensure that your time spent aboard will be filled with flavor, aroma, and fresh experiences.

Captain and Dive Instructr Kieran is originally from the UK. He holds an RYA Yachmaster Offshore 200 ton license and is a PADI Dive Instructor. His experience comes from previous jobs worldwide working as a dive instructor in many 5 Star resorts and live aboard dive vessels. Starting from a young age, Kieran sailed, kayaked and dived throughout Europe growing his passion for the ocean as well as learning valuable skills key to the successful running of sailing and dive charters. Running conservation camps in Fiji also taught Kieran the importance of a balanced marine ecosystem and he is happy to share with you his knowledge of corals, fish and other marine life. Michelle Chef and Dive Instructor is an ocean girl coming from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. A place where her passion for the ocean and underwater life grew throughout her upbringing. She is an RYA Day Skipper and a PADI Dive Instructor. Working in 5 Star resorts in Puerto Vallarta as a dive instructor and photographer has allowed Michelle to follow her dreams of working by the ocean whilst working in the service industry. Michelle has also studied at the Ashburton Cooking School in Devon, UK to fine turn her culinary skills allowing her to provide you with the best quality food imaginable. She is delighted to bring to your table her international flare gathered from the many experiences she has had abroad and at home.
Kieran and Michelle began working together in Mexico as Dive instructors and underwater photographers. It was here that a great relationship was forged and they have continued to work successfully together in a variety of roles. Conducting a research project in the Turks & Caicos on humpback whales which resulted in record breaking encounters and unbelievable new data collected again showcased their talent. Once the whales left the Turks and Caicos, Kieran and Michelle decided to head south and begin a new adventure in the British Virgin Islands. After several years of working on large catamarans in the British Virgin Islands, they have settled into the lifestyle, falling in love with the islands and making themselves at home. They are now very excited to welcome you onboard Braveheart and share all of their favorite dishes, dive spots, anchorages, hikes, beaches, and bars helping you make it the trip of a lifetime.

Your crew aboard Breanker are Marianne and Kristian and are two of favourites. Captains Marianne and KristianThey sailed away from the Danish coast in 1983, after spending much time cruising the eastern seaboard of the U.S., the warm southern waters of the Bahamas, the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean, Marianne and Kristian knew that the tropics was for them. Marianne´s father was a chef, and Marianne was brought up close at hand and instilled with a love of cooking and a keen interest in fine cuisine. Their extensive travels have only served to broaden Marianne´s culinary horizons and gourmet options, creating mouth-watering delights for the many guests she has welcomed aboard for the past many years. Kristian is by all rights a master shipwright, having operated his own yacht repair and wood working shop for years, though his education led him to fine arts, especially in art weaving. Kristian also has a passion for water sports, especially diving, and he is happy to share the fascinating marine life of the Caribbean with guests. Alan Roberts, Captain, Capt. Allanhost and some times chef has a background of over 20 years in the hospitality industry in Canada, where he has learned the fine art of cooking in some of the country´s finest restaurants. Alan has also spent many years bartending at some of the more entertaining establishments up north, and has brought the art of pouring and mixing drinks to a new level. Alan spent his first 2 years on Catalyst as chef and first mate, and is now ready to take over the role of Captain, but he still plans to lend his expertise in the galley, preparing some of his specialties along with his first mate. Alan´s love of the water started early, on family sailing vacations on Cape Cod and continued later, on the Canadian side of Lake Huron in the North Channel, where you can find some of the best fresh water sailing in the world. Alan´s passion of the Caribbean, and entertaining friends has brought him to Catalyst, where he can´t wait to fire up the blender and show you some of the most beautiful spots on the planet. Meet Captain Dirk and First Mate Sandy DeLo and share in their passion for boating, fun and adventure!Captain Dirk and Chef Sandy
Dirk is a USCG certified Captain and lifelong sailor with a special love for all things nautical. He started sailing solo at 5 years old and has been leading yacht charters around the world for over 25 years! Some of his favorite destinations are French Polynesia and the British Virgin Islands where he first visited in 1981. He is an avid water sports enthusiast and will be happy to lead you on SCUBA dives to the best locations, snorkeling, tubing, wake boarding, knee boarding, kayaking, SUP, deep sea fishing, and even provide an introduction to kite boarding. He also has a Mavic Pro drone aboard and will be happy to record breathtaking footage of your vacation aboard Catatonic.
Sandy began sailing in college and has never looked back! She loves entertaining and introducing people to the seafaring lifestyle! She has been cooking since the age of 10 and she loves to get creative in the galley and serve up tasty snacks and beautiful meals to the guests.
In 2007, Dirk and Sandy started Cool Cat Charters in the Virgin Islands where Catatonic, a Lagoon 440 was the flagship of the fleet. She enjoyed a reputation as one of the most popular, most fun and busiest charter sailing yachts in the US and British Virgin Islands for ten years. Sadly, Catatonic 440 was lost in Hurricane Irma. Cuan Law is the largest sailing trimaran in the world, and she's not like any other liveaboard dive boat you've encountered. Custom designed for luxury liveaboard diving and sailing by owner/designer Duncan Muirhead in 1988, and refit and redecorated on annual basis, Cuan Law spans 105 feet in length and 44 feet in width. Captain Rich hails from a small coastal town on the Atlantic Ocean. Growing up on the ocean, he has spent his entire life on the water. He was introduced to sailing after high school, when he crewed on a boat headed for the Virgin Islands. Immediately he was hooked and spent the next two years sailing and surfing the Caribbean. After meeting Kate, the two of them purchased and rebuilt their own boat to cruise the islands. A few years later he decided to pursue sailing professionally. After obtaining his 50 ton masters license with the UCSG, Rich and Kate have worked on boats along the East coast, Caribbean, and Mediterranean. With years of experience sailing together and an extensive knowledge of Virgin Islands waters, you will be in great hands.Captain Taylor and Chef Denise Rich's main passion in life is being in the ocean and enjoying the outdoors. As an active member of the Surfrider foundation, he is always looking for ways to live a more sustainable life. He looks forward to sharing his passion for water sports with guests, whether it's tracking down waves along Tortola's north shore, stand up paddle boarding, or water skiing. His favorite part of the day is entertaining guests with craft cocktails and tales of the days adventures while the boat effortlessly sails off into the sunset.
Chef Kate grew up in a landlocked city in Russia, the idea of sailing the ocean had never crossed Kate's mind. It wasn't until a summer exchange program brought her to the Atlantic coast where she met Rich. Now married for 8 years and after many sailing trips on their own boat, she couldn't imagine life any other way. With a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from San Diego State University, her fresh culinary style reflects throughout a healthy fare. She channels all her incredible energy and brilliant ability to think outside the box into creating delicious masterpieces for guests to enjoy. Having had the opportunity to travel the world, including Egypt, Thailand, Greece, and Italy, she has had the chance to sample many of the world's cuisines. She takes great delight in sharing these flavors with you. Quality of produce and locally sourced fresh foods remain the mainstay of her cooking. Vegetarians and vegans are very welcome with Chef Kate! Kate seamlessly marries her talent in the galley with her natural ability to entertain. She is very flexible with a lively, outgoing, and bubbly personality. Kate aims to make your vacation as enjoyable and as fun as possible.

Captain Jim and Captain Sherry have been traveling, sailing, diving and snorkeling together for the past 8 years. They spent 15 months sailing from Kemah, Texas across the Gulf of Mexico and island hopping the Caribbean chain from the Bahamas to St. Kitts where they learned to navigate the beautiful islands and have become experts at finding idyllic locations for their future guests to enjoy.
Jim is from San Diego, California where he grew up power boating Lake Havasu, fishing the Pacific and Sea of Cortez and has been surfing since a young age. He spent the first 25 years of his corporate life as an engineer building ocean going vessels. He finished his career as Director of Project Management. He has his 100-ton USCG Masters License and is a PADI certified dive master.
Sherry is from Houston, Texas. She retired after 23 years as a Legal Secretary and Administrative Assistant. Raised in the south, she learned the love of cooking and southern hospitality at an early age. She is at home in the galley, mixes a mean cocktail and looks forward to taking you to some of the best diving and snorkeling spots to be found. She has her 100-ton USCG Masters License and is a PADI certified open water diver. Traveling the globe extensively and sailing the Caribbean has given Jim and Sherry a knowledge and passion for meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. As a team that works seamlessly together, they are dedicated to helping you create charter yacht vacation memories to last a lifetime.

Captain Barend and Chef Teresa Captain Barend Chapman originally from Cape Town South Africa, graduated from university of UJ as a Engineering Metallurgist and later obtained his Production Management Diploma. He worked for De Beers in the Synthetic Diamond Division for some thirty years. He sailed, snorkeled and deep sea fished from off the Mozambican coast, Sodwana Bay and St Lucia coast of Natal South Africa, Port Alfred (Eastern Cape) and most of Western Cape. For the past Six years him and First Mate Teresa pursued their dream of owning their own Yacht and becoming full time sailors. Their Circumnavigation started in December 2014 when they took part in a Governors Cup Yacht Race from Cape Town to St Helena. They cruised Brazil's coastline for six months, French Guyana river water ways and coastline for Five months and there after sailed on to Grenada and Caribbean. They fell in love with USVI/BVI and decided to stay, they are now in their second charter season in the BVI and USVI. First Mate Teresa Chapman, a Customer Service professional from Cape Town South Africa who shared Baren's dream can not wait to welcome you on board Entheos. She loves to entertain and to prepare meals to each and every person's satisfaction. Her motto is to make you feel special, relaxed and to share the beauty that the BVI and USVI Islands have to offer.

Captain Keith and Chef AJ Captain Keith and Chef AJ, not only have a love of sailing, diving, and entertaining but also enjoy sharing these experiences with others. They made a commitment 5 years ago to create a strategy to exit their land based life and find a way to live their life on the water and find an opportunity to enrich others' lives by sharing this wonderful adventure. They are excited to share with guests the adventure of sailing the beautiful waters of the Virgin Islands, exploring the underwater world, hiking and exploring, as well as unparalleled culinary experiences. CAPTAIN KEITH was bit by the sailing bug as a teenager; he first learned to sail Sunfish and Hobie Cats with friends on Big Stone Lake in South Dakota of all places! He grew up fishing, water skiing and boating on the lakes in SD and MN. Keith is an accomplished freshwater and saltwater angler and certified PADI SCUBA diver.
Later, he joined friends on charter in the BVI and discovered his passion for sailing keel boats and catamarans. In 2002, he put a picture of a 43' Jeanneau Decks Salon on his refrigerator - 18 months later, he bought "Daddy's Girl" - a sister ship of the one depicted on his fridge! Shortly after, he delivered "DG" to Antigua and then earned his Captain's license and began delivering yachts coastwise, as well as to and from the Caribbean and along the seaboard. Keith has had the pleasure of skippering charters in the Chesapeake Bay and the Caribbean. Keith enjoys helping others discover their own "sailor within" and hone their skills.
Keith also has a background in the hospitality industry and loves to entertain. Whether manning the grill or the bar, Keith takes great pride in delivering an exceptional experience to guests. He is an accomplished amateur "Sous Chef" and Mixologist, and oenophile. He finds joy in serving and helping others.
CHEF AJ: Having grown up on the coast of North Carolina, AJ spent her youth on and in the waters of the Atlantic coastal area. She began her diving adventures at the age of 14 and became a PADI dive instructor at the age of 22. Sharing the underwater world with seasoned divers, new divers, and students is a lifelong passion. In addition to her years of diving she has also crewed on offshore fishing charters and is quite an accomplished angler!!
Sailing and boating was major part of her life while growing up. She spent her early boating years on pleasure boats and crewing on deliveries with her Uncle up and down the Eastern Seaboard. Most recently she has become an extremely competent sailor while crewing on deliveries from Annapolis to St. Martin, the BVI's to Bonaire, and Annapolis to Charleston, SC. Her calm demeanor and "can do" spirit assures that all on board feel safe and are able to enjoy the experience.
AJ spent her college years working her way through school in the restaurant industry. This ignited a passion in her for food preparation, exploration and presentation!! She was also involved in the opening of a very successful restaurant in Charlotte, NC where she not only participated in menu selections and cocktail creations but also in catering for private events. This experience along with her time spent in the boating community will insure you experience a fabulous culinary experience in addition to an incredible sailing adventure!!

Captain Ben Foglesong was always fascinated by the sea, he started scuba diving and sailing regularly while studying marine biology at UVA. He later moved to Florida to be closer to the water and earn his master's degree from the University of Miami. During Ben's time in Florida he taught scuba diving and ran boats upgrading his USCG Master captains credential to 100GT. Ben is also an American Sailing Association sailing instructor and enjoys sharing the intricacies of sailing this amazing vessel with interested guest. He is very serious about the safety of his guests and yacht but this certainly does not impede his ability to have fun onboard. During his time in Florida is where he met Michelle and the two have been inseparable since day one. After getting engaged they decided a life on the water in the Caribbean would suit them perfectly and began to work towards the big move. The two initially took jobs on the water cruising and diving. Daily snorkel and scuba trips were rewarding but they knew they wanted to get to sail more while sharing their culinary creations with people and EXCESS was the perfect fit. Captain Ben and Chef Michelle Onboard Excess Ben enjoys sharing a wide variety of water activities with his guests including diving board, underwater scooters, wakeboarding, tubing, and many more. He is a highly credentialed PADI scuba and freediving instructor who is also classically trained in marine biology and enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge of the organisms and ecosystems we observe underwater with guests. Ben is a veteran with a background in fitness training who will gladly take you on a rewarding hike to some of the best views atop the islands or can put together and accompany you in a morning workout onboard, upon request. Ben also loves crafting your favorite cocktail and getting you comfortable in one of the vessels large exterior spaces or taking that perfect vacation photo for your group with his drone.
Michelle Foglesong is known for her kind nature and positive outlook, "in optimism there is magic" she often says. Born on the Central East Coast of Florida, Michelle grew up with saltwater coursing through her veins. She spent the weekends cruising the waters of the inter-coastal with her family who taught her all about boating, sea life and fishing. Although boating was the highlight of every week, she never imagined it one day becoming a part of her career. Cooking also became a passion for Michelle at a young age. She spent every Christmas break in Pennsylvania with her Italian grandmother and great grandmother. This time spent was invaluable as she learned all about the foundation of her families' secret recipes. "Even now when I visit we still spend 80% of the time in the kitchen (the other 20% eating)", Michelle says. She continues, "It's so great that I can now give my grandmother a rest; cooking for her and proving that I was paying close attention all these years." Michelle loves to cook with fresh herbs, vegetables and lean proteins. Her favorite challenge is turning something some consider boring into something magnificent! She loves experimenting with combinations of French and Asian flavors that send the taste buds spinning. Guests aboard Excess are in for a tasty experience that will be remembered long after their charter. When not in the galley you can find Michelle leading dives/snorkels, planning memorable events for any occasion or shaking up delicious cocktails. Basically, anything to make chartering on Excess the vacation of a lifetime.
Ben Started working in the Caribbean in 2013 and together with Michelle they have been chartering in the Caribbean Islands as a team since early 2016. They take pride in everything they do and enjoy applying their combined 20 years' experience in hospitality with their local knowledge to create the perfect experience for your group.

Captain Mike and Chef Lesley Warm and friendly, Captain Mike and Chef Lesley Blamey will spoil you with true South African hospitality. From the moment you step aboard, you will feel at home in the comfortable and beautifully appointed Extasea2. They grew up together, in the Sub Tropical coast of KwaZulu Natal, and the ocean and watersports have always been a big part of their life. They traveled extensively meeting new people and making friends around the world, and enjoying the cultures and cuisines of the world, and decided that once they sold their National Transport Company, and the children had graduated and left home they would pursue a more relaxed lifestyle sharing their love of the ocean, water sports, traveling, meeting new people, enjoying their cultures and cuisines and making new friends.
Mike is a qualified RYA Yachtmaster with over 50,000 sea miles under his belt. Together they have sailed and explored the Indian, Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. It gives him great pleasure to assist a total novice in getting up and sailing with a little guidance and encouragement. He is also a qualified Padi Dive Master, and will happily assist certified divers on planning their dives and accompany them as their guide. As an accomplished water-skier, and surfer he will soon have you up and riding on your water sports of choice. He is very competent in maintaining and running all aspects of his yacht. His warm and giving personality, love of life, sense of humor and honesty make him a great captain to sail with. His "generous" barman's skills and great tales will have guests laughing into the night. He's also a great DJ.
Lesley is a certified diver, and with 45000 sea miles logged is also proficient at the helm and in all crew aspects. A great cook - who's skills in the galley will delight you. Her wonderful cuisine, reflects favored dishes from around world, varied and beautifully presented.
A true Piscies, you'll find her in the water as as much as on it. She will happily take you on guided snorkeling safaris, pointing out all the varied corals and fish found in the beautiful Caribbean waters. She is a natural earth mother, who enjoys children, is fun, easy going, helpful and resourceful. She will happily play surrogate "granny" to the kids, keeping them entertained and happy while you enjoy a scuba dive or a visit to one of the fabulous beach bars or restaurants on the islands. Captain Arnaud and Chef VerniceCAPTAIN Arnaud was born in a little village east of France. He spent the holidays of his childhood on the Mediterranean Sea, learning to sail on Hobie cat and Laser. In his early career choice, Arnaud studied child development psychology. He worked in social centers with trouble kids. His love for children takes him to the tourism industry managing the kids club in Club Med. There, his passion for sailing took shape. To truly follow his dreams, he moved to the Caribbean island of Martinique in 2008. He sailed around the Caribbean as a professional skipper for 11 years. As freelance captain, he worked for several companies on different types and sizes of boats, chartering, delivering boats along the West Indies and across the Atlantic. Learning to speak English was one of his main goals too and being in the Caribbean working with local businesses he achieved that goal, now he's fluent. Arnaud is not only passionate about the ocean, he also loves photography, free diving, hiking and travelling to different countries to experience their cultural backgrounds.
Vernice CHEF/HOSTESS Born further down in the south Island of Trinidad and Tobago, she moved to a country known for the friendly spirit of the people, St Vincent and the Grenadines. She grew up loving sea, where she fish with her brother. Upon completing High school, Vernice went to Canada to become a Personal Support worker, but realize that her passion was somewhere else. Before the Yachting industry, she worked at the Tobago Cays Marine Park, where she managed her own souvenir and gift stall. At the end of the day when her business closes, she worked as a cook alongside her mother who is a chef doing beach Barbeque lobsters. At a young age she learnt the use of Caribbean spices to bring out the best taste in any meal. Enjoying cooking and creating, Vernice learnt to infuse the Caribbean touch in recipes from different nationality. Besides cooking and eating, she love travelling, reading, fishing and modeling. She believes that the real beauty of life is Good food, Great friends, smiles and being comfortable. Arnaud and Vernice are are familiar with down island charters and looking forward to sharing the lovely experience of sailing on catamaran Felicia with you.

UK born, Daisy who will be your captain and chef, has been connected to the sea all her life. Her sailing career began at the age of 3 weeks old, on the Norfolk Boards. She spent her childhood sailing dinghies, and keel boats along the River Yare, and her teen years training with the RYA, at her local sailing club. During her early twenties Daisy balanced her time between sailing & school; graduating from the University of Kent with an Honors degree in International Relations, while also earning her commercial endorsements as a professional yacht skipper.
Foregoing the "proper" office type job, Daisy decided to take to seas, and has never looked back! Daisy has crossed the Atlantic four times, cruised both the eastern and western Atlantic shores, the majority of the Mediterranean and much of the Caribbean. She has held positions as 1st mate, sailing instructor, yacht captain, and yacht chef in the United Kingdom, Greece, Croatia, Antigua and the BVI.
Daisy loves entertaining guests and has a passion for cooking. A foodie at heart, Daisy's culinary training has been in motion for some time. Being such a worldly sailor, Daisy has had opportunity to take cuisine specific courses in many food-centric hotspots. She prides herself transforming classic dishes, into fresh healthy meals, with a Caribbean twist. Having chartered with as many as 12 guests, Daisy can expertly adjust meals to meet a variety of dietary needs. Guests are sure to be charmed by the multi-talented Daisy, her easy going personality, wonderful galley creations, and expertise at the helm.
Captain Daisy and Jared Jared, your dive instructor, was born and raised in Durban South Africa, a coastal town known for amazing beaches, abundant sea life, and adrenaline pumping water sports. Growing up, his days were spent swimming with the fishes, diving with the sharks, and chasing perfect waves. A trained patternmaker, Jared joined the family construction business, managing project development and design. Even though he enjoyed the hands on, fast paced challenges of his job, the ocean kept calling and Jared finally answered. Changing gears Jared became a PADI dive instructor and set off to work in the tourist rich, luxury resort area of Sodwana.
It was here Jared caught the travel bug himself, and began his quest to explore the best diving sites around the world. His travels eventually landed him in the BVI and well, what's not to love? Working with the commercial dive shop in Tortola for the past three years Jared knows the BVI dive sights like the back of his hand. In fact, Jared was part of the team that brought the Kodiak Queen - the BVI's newest artificial reef - to her final resting spot off Virgin Gorda.
A keen "anything water sports enthusiast" Jared will ensure our high energy guests are never left wondering what they should do next. He is an experienced dive instructor and scuba guide, loves to surf paddle and wake board. And when it is time to slow down and relax he is the perfect host - entertaining guests with creative cocktails, and swapping stories of his worldly travels, and diving adventures.
Jared and Daisy met in the BVI a few years ago. They quickly began holding hands, and were soon the quintessential island couple, complete with a great beach house, cute island dog, and jobs they loved waking up for. There is no question they were "living the island dream". Unfortunately, the hurricanes of Sept 2017 forced Daisy and Jared to suspend their island routine. They headed back to the UK and South Africa to visit family, regroup, and plan their return to the Caribbean. As soon after the Charter Industry was back on its feet, Daisy and Jared headed to Antigua working as a Captain/Chef team for a large charter base. In a twist of luck Daisy & Jared reconnected with owners of Free Ingwe, and happily agreed to come home to the BVI- Daisy as Captain/ Chef while she work towards her dive master credentials and Jared as 1st Mate/ Dive Instructor while he completes his RYA Yacht Masters (Nov 2018).

Also the child of a diplomat, his youth was spent in a number of different countries; indeed, he learned to sail while traveling in England. For several years he managed the prestigious Marina Cabo San Lucas, located at the tip of the Baja Peninsula. He has interwoven his sailing career with a parallel career as a golf professional. Formerly Stanford University´s Head Golf Coach, he has also directed an internationally acclaimed golf school and pioneered leading-edge teaching technology. Although the BVI, Jet Stream´s principal area of concentration, are not a hot-bed of golf, Tim will be happy to design a cruise to islands that feature golf, for guests that would like to blend sailing and golf vacations.

Captain Giovanni, Gio, is a knowledgeable, friendly Captain who finds his fulfilment by connecting people to the sea and enjoying their experiences vicariously through them. Born and raised in London, UK, his career began as a dinghy sailing and windsurfing instructor in the UK, Greece, Bahrain. Next, he moved to Australia to gain a degree in marine biology, conduct underwater acoustic research and guide marine wildlife tours. He then took a job in the offshore oil and gas industry as a marine wildlife observer & spent two years on seismic survey ships all around the world. Eventually he bought his own 50ft sailboat in Florida and used it to lead documentary filmmaking expeditions thousands of miles around the Caribbean, resulting in work published by National Geographic. He is also a surfer, an expert freediver, and a PADI Divemaster. Gio takes great pride in ensuring his guests feel comfortable and safe while guiding them on the adventure of a lifetime.

Chef Ryan, Captain Gio and First Mate Raven Ryan A traditionally trained chef with 16 years culinary experience, Ryan has followed his larger than life passion for cooking exquisite food for over half his life. He has frequently been headhunted to create diverse menus in the fine-dining restaurant industry before winning an international cooking competition three years ago that put him onto the worlds largest superyachts. We stole him away for a new chapter in his career to chef on smaller boats like Lolalita where he enjoys a more personal and interactive experience with the guests, teasing them with flavours throughout each day. He has an excellent knowledge of many styles of cuisine from asian to mediterranean and good old BBQ and takes pride in sourcing the finest ingredients around.
Raven A south Florida girl passionate about the sunshine, Raven spent most of her previous life working for an iconic hotel and tiki bar on Hollywood beach, mixing drinks and looking after hotel guests. As a long term member of the team she understood the importance of maintaining a reputation for outstanding service and hospitality, bringing in a crowd of regulars who could always feel at home under her care. She recently moved into the yachting industry to explore beyond the horizon while using her eye for detail to maintain a first class hotel environment onboard and making sure her guests always feel pampered and well looked after. Richard grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa. Although not growing up at the coast, he frequented it on family holidays at least 2-3 times a year gaining his love for the ocean. Water sports has always been something he has loved. He enjoys surfing, body boarding and more recently has taken up kite boarding. Richard is a qualified Dive Master and has been diving the waters of the BVI ever since he arrived 2 some years ago. He loves taking guest divers for dives and showing them the wonders of this magnificent paradise. He also loves to share his passion on deck showing others the joys of fishing.Richard is a RYA Yacht Master Ocean Captain with many years experience, particularly in the BVI.
Dominique has a passion for the culinary arts and together with her artistic skills knows how to wow guests. From a young age she enjoyed many hours cooking with her mother. This is where she gained her love and passion for food and loves to share her passion in delighting others with her dishes. She has attended the Ashburton Chef School in the UK where she enhanced her skills. Dominique was introduced to sailing by her husband Richard and has the RYA Day Skipper Captains License. She has a huge love of the water and is quite at home in this environment. Captain Shawn's love for the ocean began when he was only a few months old on the coast of North Carolina. Shawn grew up in Carolina Beach, NC where he learned to read the wind and waves and developed a passion to share his love of the ocean with others.
Shawn graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2011 with a degree in Marine Biology. Shortly after college, Shawn moved to Nicaragua to pursue his love of the ocean and worked as a Captain and surf guide for NicaSurf tours.Chef Wendy and Captain Leon Following a couple great years in Central America, Shawn moved back to the states to continue his life on the water. In doing so, Shawn has spent the past 5 years working aboard world class super yachts. In which time, he has obtained his USCG Captains License as well as his American Sailing Association Certification.
Autumn was born in Michigan where she grew up swimming in the freshwater of the Great Lakes. After high school she studied massage therapy and yoga in Costa Rica where she fell in love with the salty ocean and travelling to new places. In 2013, Autumn moved to Florida to become a yacht stewardess. A job that would take her to many exotic places, even all the way back to lake Michigan.
For the last five years, Autumn has worked on multiple world class yachts in which she collaborated closely with five-star chefs from around the world. Learning from her yacht chef coworkers, she has developed a passion for creating exciting and healthy dishes that create memories.
Shawn and Autumn met in September of 2013 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where they were both searching for their first superyacht jobs. A week later, they found separate jobs on different boats, starting three years of long distance dating. In December of 2016, they decided it was time for an adventure and decided to travel New Zealand for a year together in a campervan they renovated themselves.
Shawn and Autumn love to spend time on the water, whether it's diving, snorkeling, surfing, paddling or sailing. They are excited to bring their captain and crew knowledge of charter yachts to give you a sailing vacation you won't forget.

Chris and Nikki are the owners and operators of Catamaran QUEST. They are intimately connected with this vessel and the Caribbean experience. Their purchase of Quest in 2016 was the culmination of a dream and that excitement and commitment comes through in every charter as they share their dream with you.
Chris and Nikki Captain Chris grew up in upstate New York, spending summers in St. Thomas living aboard his father's sailboat and exploring the islands. He broke his first sailing record at the age of 8 and never looked back. Chris has spent the past 12 years living and working in the US and British Virgin Islands both on and off sailboats. He has chosen endeavors that impact the health of the ocean's reefs and the sustainability of our environment - installing alternate power sources in the Virgin Islands where resources are especially precious; and co-founding the Caribbean Lionfish Safari group in an effort to protect the local sea life from invasive species. Chris has worked with organizations like REEF, CORE and NOAA to help map the island's reefs and record it's health and know species. His love and connection to the islands and sea shine like a beacon from the helm of Quest.
Nikki grew up in the Ocean State of Rhode Island. She too has always had a deep connection to the sea. Her early years were spent exploring the world relentlessly - fueled by a desire to immerse in new cultures, experience their people and sample their cuisine. She fell in love with the notion of living at sea while working as a Dive Master on boats in Thailand during the cold winter months. During the warmer months, Nikki focused on her career as a nutrition counselor where she excelled at sharing her passion for cooking. She believes great meals come from exceptional ingredients, time honored techniques and from experimenting with the freshest local foods and seasonal fare. Raised in a very Italian, food loving family, her most cherished memories are of sharing time with loved ones around the dinner table. She brings that same warmth and camaraderie to every meal aboard Quest.

Owner/operator of Sea Chateau, Barend (Byron) Groenewald grew up in Paarl, a beautiful small town in the wine country outside of Cape Town. Growing up with a very adventurous family, he had the privilege of enjoying the ocean and all it had to offer from a young age. At the age of 18, he pursued a dream of obtaining a captain's license, which led to 10 years of experience sailing the worlds oceans as a professional, captaining vessels from sailing monohulls, catamarans, and power yachts.
Byron's main passion in life is to share his love of the ocean with others that feel the same and expose those who have never had the chance. With his expertise in all water sports ranging from sailing, diving, wake boarding, waterskiing, Captain Brian and Chef Diannefree diving and fishing just to name a few. He can accommodate all levels of skill and a varying age group in enjoying the ocean and all it has to offer. Byron's qualifications in the industry make him a great host and teacher in and on the ocean. Having completed his RYA Yachtmaster Ocean and Instructor courses, PADI Rescue Diver and wakeboard/ ski instructor, he is sure to assist all levels from beginner to advanced water sports enthusiast, ensuring that everyone gets the most out of the great wonders the ocean has to offer us.
After exploring and working in destinations about which he had always dreamt (the coast of Africa, the Caribbean, Mediterranean and most of South East Asia), Byron finally had the means to purchase his own sailing catamaran and pursuing his lifelong dream; chartering the beautiful South African-built sailing catamaran SEA CHATEAU.
If you can't find Byron in or on the water, he surely can be found exploring the beautiful islands, always looking for the off-the-beaten-path hidden gems, or interacting with the vibrant locals on the islands, soaking in as much information and culture as possible.
Chef/first mate Dianne is American and grew up near Cape Cod Massachusetts where she obtained a degree from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts in Counseling with a specialization in Special Education. Her passion for travel landed her a job as a therapist on Tortola in the British Virgin Islands in 2012, where she met Captain Byron. Her love for cooking started at an early age, being exposed to New England seafood and a family who loved fishing and being on the sea.
After working in the fine dining industry under world renowned chefs, Dianne decided to bring her passion for outstanding cuisine to Sea Chateau, focusing on freshness and local cuisine, striving to make Sea Chateau one of the most sought after charter yachts in the Caribbean, and sharing with guests why she fell in love with natures little secrets.

Captain Ben Raley and First Mate Rachel Haskovec are a young, energetic, professional yachting and charter host team. Together they have a deep passion for all of the adventures that the Virgin Islands have to offer and enjoy sharing them with others. As a couple they offer a charming graciousness that helps people to feel comfortable and fully relaxed, and work closely with every charterer to match their guests level of interest with the right level of activity, dining, and relaxation.
Ben was born & raised on the Gulf of Maine, and has harbored a love of the sea his entire life. Building his first rowboat with his father at the age of six, Ben knew that the ocean was where he belonged. At eight, he started sailing aboard a Rhodes 19 and by the age of 18, he made his way from Portsmouth, NH to Hawaii via the Caribbean islands and Panama Canal aboard various sailboats. Eventually settling in Washington States Puget Sound, Ben taught sailing in a community sailing program during the summer months and apprenticing under a local shipwright in the winters. Finally aboard his own 32 sailboat, he was able to fulfill a dream of sailing back to Captain Ben and chef RahcelNew Hampshire. Adventures along the way to fund his dream included, working as a deckhand aboard ocean going tugboats hauling freight through Southeast Alaska, commercial fishing for giant Bluefin tuna, delivering sailboats along the west coast of Central America, and working as mate aboard a luxury charter yacht based in Petersburg, Alaska where he learned the finer points of running top quality charters. Tropical seas calling him, Ben focused his efforts on the Virgin Islands and has successfully Captained two charter catamarans based in the BVI. Ben is excited to be aboard Soterion, sailing the crystal clear waters and trade winds of the US & British Virgin Islands.
Rachel was born with an adventurous spirit, and grew up hiking, camping, fishing, and eagerly exploring her love for the outdoors near her childhood home in Boulder, CO. With a degree in Business Marketing, she worked in sales for DEWALT power tools in Boston, quickly developing a passion for the ocean, enjoying swimming, SCUBA diving, sea kayaking and catching and cooking the freshest seafood. Her fascination with sailboats also started in New England, where she called on and worked with the manufacturing facilities of Hinckley Yachts in Maine and observed the construction process from start to finish of some of the finest yachts in the world. Rachel has also pursued her passion for food and entertaining, working with the Culinary Institute of Montana where winters included skiing and working in fine dining establishments while the summer months involved rock climbing, rafting, and racing sailboats on the largest natural freshwater lake in the western US. Missing the salty air & vastness of the big blue, Rachel left the US to live and work aboard a sailboat and deliver her from Florida to Bocas del Toro, Panama. Eventually spending extensive time in Central America, Rachel founded Nicaragua Energetic Flow Yoga, working as a full time traveling instructor at 6 resorts in the southwest corner of Nicaragua. She also managed and cooked at a B&B guesthouse in the jungle outside San Juan del Sur. As an athlete and yogi, Rachel is adamant about using the freshest quality local ingredients to create healthy and delicious meals that feed the body and the soul.

Captain Peter's love of sailing is not surprising. Yachting is central to the posh resort town of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, where he spent his youth. He describes himself as "the wayward son", wedged in the middle of five siblings. Summers were spent sailing past storied beaches, bucolic parks and Gilded Age mansions, or racking up awards racing catamarans. After college and a short career in psychology, he bought a little monohull and set out for new horizons. Eventually, he was crewing on ocean going vessels and absorbing the fundamentals of passage making in the Mediterranean and Atlantic oceans.
Captain Peter and Chef Becky Four decades and a million wonderful memories later, Peter hasn't lost an ounce of zeal. He has raised and educated two sons, mostly at sea, spending winters in the Bahamas and summers on the U.S. East coast, or in Venezuela. When the boys were capable as helpful crew, the whole family set off on a remarkable circumnavigation. Today, both sons are highly accomplished and among their many talents, experienced captains.
To date, Peter has sailed across the Atlantic Ocean four times, and has been licensed by the US Coast Guard as a Captain since 1982. He has owned eight boats. He has cruised the Bahamas for 35 years, anchoring in every hidden nook and cranny amongst the 2,000 cays and islands. He very much enjoys showing folks the Bahamas, above and below the sea. He is an expert at free-diving and spearfishing, and knows the most amazing reefs and wrecks to snorkel. He says, "My favorite yachting destination is the next one. Truly every place has something that makes it unique and special."
Rebecca Garcia's friends call her Becky, and describe her as good fun, lively and a tireless worker. She's also an extraordinary cook with an extensive repertoire of recipes. She has run many kitchens, large and small, worked in five-star restaurants and cooked aboard yachts for some 25 years. It all began in the kitchens of her two Grandmothers, one English and one Spanish, when she was so small she couldn't reach the table without a stool.
Becky spent her childhood in London, her teens and early 20s in Donegal, on Ireland's rugged, northwest coast, and summers with Dad and his family in Spain. She did a lot of amazing things. Her "very hardy life" on a small Irish island in the North Atlantic required commuting by row boat in very cold, rough water. She worked with the Irish Civil Defense ambulance emergency team. She helped a master boat builder construct a Viking ship. She achieved diplomas in holistic massage, anatomy and physiology, reflexology and courses in Reiki.
Becky says, "I love fresh, healthy food, especially colorful vegetarian dishes with delicious sauces, and Mediterranean cuisine. Guests rave about my homemade bread, tasty pastas, fresh fruit salads, cakes and puddings." In addition to cooking great meals aboard SWISH, Becky might find time to chat about her family's 1911 50-foot Norwegian gaff-rigged ketch, or her three Atlantic crossings, or the big posh yacht in Guatemala with an owner who accidentally threw himself overboard. With Becky as your chef and hostess, your charter adventure in the Bahamas could include delightful ingredients you never even imagined.
Guests enjoy sharing time with little Bella (a Schipperke dog), especially with the dolphin swimming or walks or games on the beach, but equally for clients that are not doggy lovers. In the 1690s, the Schipperke became popular watchdogs on the barges in Belgium and earned its name schipperke, meaning "little captain" in Flemish. Rates and availability. <.

Captain Jonathan found his love for the water and the outdoors as an Eagle Scout growing up in South Carolina. In college he learned to sail in the Charleston Oceanic Captain Jonathan and Chef KatieSailing Association regattas. After graduating from the University of South Carolina, Jonathan moved to St. Thomas where he became the head bartender at the famous Duffy's Love Shack and he fell in love with the Virgin Islands and diving. In 2011 he bought a sailboat and became a US Coast Guard licensed captain, spending the next seven years chartering and exploring the Virgin Islands. Jonathan and Katie are excited to share to magic of the Virgin Islands and create new adventures and memories with you aboard S/Y Yes Dear!
Chef Katie is a small town girl with big world experience and is excited to bring her knowledge of food and fun to your vacation! With a background in catering, resort event planning, cafes and organic eateries, Katie has always had a passion for cooking and hosting. Her career brought her to the sunny island of St. Thomas, where she fell in love with the simple, sweet way of island life and met her future love and partner, Captain Jonathan Hardin. Soon after, the opportunity to cook on the water presented itself and she jumped into the world of yachting. As a luxury yacht chef and chief stewardess Katie was able to take her love of food and entertaining to a higher level. With three years of experience running luxury yacht charters throughout the Caribbean, she will amaze you with her incredible food and warm hospitality.

CAPTAIN LEE ADAMS Lee's interest in the Maritime Industry was installed in him from the earliest age possible, owing to his grandfather being Admiral Tom Hardiman of the Port Elizabeth Navy. While at a young age he took part in bay racing and lending a hand at the local yacht club. His passion for sailing grew and after school and much thought, Lee took to the oceans on a recreational professional side as opposed to the Navy. He joined a crew and raced across the Atlantic, where he took part in regattas in Antigua and St Maarten. In the USA he was able to establish himself as a valuable crew member aboard a classic Schooner that circumnavigated the globe, and after completing his maritime studies he was fortunate to take over as skipper and gained more experience in the engineering department. Lee is an active and enthusiastic person, he enjoys all water sports. The experiences he has gained through his travels along with a jovial personality creates a pleasant atmosphere which is enough to make any guest aboard feel right at home, ready to relax and enjoy themselves.

Leanne hails from the Bondi Beach on the sunny Coast of New South Wales, Australia. There are too many specialities to mention, but with Leanne's infectious happy vibes, ever present sense of humor and of course, incredibly presented, appetizing, delectable and mouth watering meals prepared from breakfast to dinner with everything in between. Leanne has been in the customer service industry for two decades and has focused on yacht charters over the last 5 years. Leanne's experience is extensive and varied ranging from Chef/First mate on private catamarans and term charter yachts to serving in fine-dining restaurants and bars, luxury hotels and B&B accommodation. Leanne previously held positions as a chef, deckhand, restaurant supervisor, fine dining waitress/ bartender, personal chef and dive master in various countries around the world. All of these vocations have required exceptional people skills and social interaction, both of which come naturally. Leanne is always willing to cater to any palate. Her passion for creating meals allows her to experiment with many different flavors, whether it be Asian or Mediterranean, North American or Caribbean. My main focus is keeping food as healthy as possible using as many fresh ingredients available. Of course, dietary requirements are always taken into consideration. Leanne welcomes you on board Zingara and looks forward to providing you with a culinary experience you have never experienced before.
Mate Camille Bedouin
Originally from France and Italy, Camille has been an ocean lover and nature enthusiast from a very young age. She grew up in Italy where her weekends were mostly spent horseback riding, swimming in the Mediterranean Sea, sailing on lakes with her dad and skiing in the mountains. After studying Business and Management in England and France, she moved to the Caribbean to work in marine conservation. There, she discovered scuba diving and started sailing more regularly. She fell in love with the ocean which led her to pursue a life at sea in the yachting industry. Over the past year and a half on Zingara, Camille has learned a great deal about boat handling, sailing and the industry as a whole. Her service experience also comes from previous positions as a lodge manager and horseback safari guide in Kenya, as well as being a dive instructor in Costa Rica. She is a very energetic crew member and is always exited to share her love for the ocean with guests. She'll happily take them on adventures - whether it be underwater, above water or on land. She always looks forward to giving the guests the best possible experience.
Stewardess Nicola Greenaway
Nicola hails from Stratford-Upon-Avon, England, the home of Shakespeare! Although she was born far from the ocean, she first dove when she was just ten years old and from then she was entranced with the beauty of the ocean and of its therapeutic benefits. She holds a degree in psychology and is passionate about sharing the tranquility of SCUBA and the conservation of our oceans with all that will listen. From working as an instructor and guide onboard a yacht in the Bahamas, a five star resort in Cyprus and various other islands within Europe and the Caribbean she is never found too far from the ocean! She loves all watersports and is particularly fond of swimming, with the aim of swimming across the English Channel in the next five years. Away from the water, she loves to hike and explore new destinations. She has also read the vows for over two hundred weddings and renewals across the world from Haiti too Norway. Nicola has worked within the customer service industry for the last seven years and is excited to be working onboard the Zingara. Sharing her absolute passion for the ocean she endeavors to deliver the very best experience to all guests in and out of the water and looks forward to welcoming you onboard.
